Dance Program Refund Policy

 

At S&G Dance Academy, we strive to provide the best experience for all our students. To ensure a clear understanding, please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Non-Refundable Fees 

   All fees for dance classes, workshops, and programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to,  trial lessons, term fees, and performance fees.

 

2. Refunds for Medical or Exceptional Circumstances 

   In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as a broken bone or a serious injury that prevents the student from participating in classes, a partial refund or credit may be issued, provided that medical documentation is provided. Refunds for medical reasons are subject to approval and will be calculated pro-rata based on the number of classes missed.

 

3. Refunds for Death in Immediate Family 

   If there is a death in the immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, or child), a partial refund or credit will be considered. Documentation (such as a death certificate or obituary) must be provided for verification.

 

4. No Refunds for Non-Attendance  

   No refunds will be issued for missed classes, vacations, or voluntary withdrawal from the program during the term. Students are encouraged to make up missed classes whenever possible, subject to availability.

 

5. Program Cancellation  

   If a program or class is cancelled by S&G Dance Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrolment), a full refund will be issued, or a credit will be applied towards future classes, depending on the preference of the student or guardian.
