Video Recording Terms & Conditions

1. The show recording is supplied for personal viewing only by the purchasing family.

2. The recording must not be uploaded, shared, streamed, or posted on any social media platform, website, or public forum.

3. The recording contains images of all participating children. Individual parental consent has not been obtained for distribution beyond personal use.

4. Copies of the recording must not be made, distributed, sold, lent, shared, or provided to any third party, including friends, extended family members, or other families.

5. The recording remains the copyright property of S&G Dance Academy. No part of the recording may be reproduced, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. By purchasing the recording, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in legal action for copyright infringement or misuse of personal data.

7. By purchasing this recording, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
