Strength and Flexibility class is designed to help young dancers build the foundational strength and flexibility needed to support their dance technique. Through fun and engaging Pilates-based exercises, along with Alixa flexibility stretches, students focus on developing core strength, improving flexibility, and increasing range of motion. These key elements help enhance their performance in all styles of dance, while also preventing injuries. This class creates a safe, supportive environment where kids can build their physical skills, boost their confidence, and become stronger, more flexible dancers.
